Hi, everyone I think the best way to be a great child carer is to listen carefully what's important to the parents and understanding the child's qualities, understanding their quirks and embracing them, ensuring their confidence shines through whilst having fun, but also finding a balance of routine and promoting parents rules but not being too overly serious. It's all about the three p's - personality, patience and persistence. I have an amazing personality and likeable character. I am kind, caring and creative. I'm pretty adaptable and can turn my hand to anything. My background is mainly mothers help and housekeeping. I have worked for an entertainment business afew years ago as an entertainment mascot for childrens parties. I am studying event management. Thanks suzanne
