Experienced nanny available in London

Hello everyone! I am Rita and I am from Italy. I have ten years of experience in the childcare industry (au pair, nanny, teaching assistant) either in Italy and in London looking after children aged between 2 months and 10 years, this include sole charge nanny, nanny share, looking after twins too. In agreement with the parents, I have organized all the routine for the children (meal prep, indoor or outdoor activities with other nannies too, bath time, bed time and helping the families with light household). I have an Italian bachelor's degree in marketing and communication, enhanced dbs check, emergency paediatric first aid and I can provide the references from my previous employers. For a couple of year, I have worked as a teaching assistant in the nurseries, primary and secondary schools supporting SEN children and students. I always enjoyed working with children and supporting them during their development. I use a kind and encouraging approach with the children, always speaking with them and listening to what they say but, at the same time, I know when it's time to set the rules, in agreement with the parents.
