Experience babysitter looking for a job

Hi, I am experienced, Montessori trained childminder/babysitter/after school nanny. I love being around children and believe through my experiences in taking care of children that they like me too. I enjoy taking care of children's needs by striving to provide them with stimulating, nurturing and fun environment to help with their physical, emotional and mental development. I have successfully raised my own two children. I have vast experience of over 10 years in looking after children from birth to 16 years of age, as a childminder/ babysitter and after school nanny. Also since 2010, I have been working part time for a babysitting agency. I have excellent references, reviews and feedbacks from many satisfied parents and the children that I have worked for. I am excellent with babies, feel confident and very comfortable in dealing and understanding them. Ideally I am looking for part time daytime work between Monday to Thursday (days and timings, negotiable).     I started looking after family’s new born baby on regular basis when she was 6 weeks old until she started going to nursery when she was around / over 2 years old. I looked after the baby for 3-4 days a week, at least 4 hrs each day ( sometimes longer or all day). I was the main secondary carer for the little girl, responsible for taking care of her feeding time, refreshing her, taking her out for walks, parks and playgroups as well as engaging with her in fun playtime activities at home. I also did occasional babysitting as in the evening and on weekends. I have continued to work for the family by doing occasional nursery/ school- drop offs/ pick ups, after school care and evening baby sittings.

  • September 2021 - May 2022

    In this job I looked after a 4 month old adorable baby girl, twice a week (initially) for 4 hours each day which increased to more and longer days after 2 weeks in this job. I would give pre prepared meals as well as milk bottles to the baby, administer any medicine when required, engaged with the baby in playing with her toys, read story books. Baby and I went for walks and to the local park . Apart from daytime care, I also used to do evening babysitting for the family, 2-3 times a week when I would also put the baby to bed.

  • September 2017 - August 2019

    School pick up and after school care of 3 lovely children 9G, 7B and 4G. 3 days a week, 3pm to 7pm. I served light tea/ supper which was either already prepared by the mum or I would make a simple meal for the kids. I supervised homework time. I also engaged with the kids and kept them occupied by playing board/ card games and reading books. Sometimes, I was asked to do evening babysitting too.

  • June 2021 - October 2023

    Started looking after couple’s 6 weeks old baby girl 4-5 days a week usually in the mornings for 4 hrs but also for full days occasionally when Mum went back to work. I also did and continue to do casual baby-sittings.
