Hello I have 6 years of working as a SEN teaching assistant with ages from 4-16. I am currently a 1:1 for a 14 year old girl with ASD. I have many years experience with babysitting kids of all ages from new born to 12/13.     Agreed to meet Glenna and try her out for a week. On her first day she didn't appear to babysit our baby without answering the phone or messages. We still don't know what happened but this is totally unacceptable and shows a very unreliable person.
