  Being the eldest of 4 meant having to look after my siblings from a very young age wether that was when my mother was running errands or simply teaching them and cooking for them as well as creating activities together. I love looking after children. The responsibilities that come with it are second nature to me due to the fact I have been caring for them for many years and now ever more so due to the fact we lost our father last year. Emotionally and physically children need to be cared for especially in the hardest of times. As a medical student on a gap year right now I have handled all sorts of pressures that come with taking care of young children or groups of people.

  Hi my name is Waad and I am 20 years old. Currently I am on a gap year, having just arrived from Qatar to Cardiff I am currently looking for a job to widen my work experience and ethic as a medical student. Being the eldest of 4 I already have experience in babysitting for my mum and I have also tutored groups of children and teenagers for GCSEs particularly English language and literature. I speak German and Arabic and studied Mandarin Chinese for 2 years. I love children and working with them as well as reading books and playing athletics. I love creating new activities and encourage kids to do so too. I’d appreciate if you could accept me for this role as I have lots of time!
