Hi! My name is Charlotte, I'm 20 and I’m a university student based in East London (E9) with a genuine love for cats. :) Although I’m new to professional cat sitting, I’ve grown up around cats and have had my family cat for 6 years, who has epilepsy. Because of this, I’m confident with medication routines and providing calm, patient care, especially for cats with medical or special needs. I’ve also volunteered at a veterinary practice, where I gained experience with safe handling, feeding routines, cleaning, and supporting anxious or shy animals. I’m a very kind, patient, and responsible person, and I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet and your home. I take instructions seriously, keep routines consistent, and always make sure cats feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Alongside my experience with cats, I have several years of customer service and hospitality experience. This has made me reliable, punctual, friendly, and confident communicating with people.
