Nanny – 2 years Provided warm, attentive childcare for children aged 6 months to early primary age. Supported daily routines, meal prep, play-based learning, and emotional regulation. Built strong trust with families through reliability, patience, and gentle communication. Nursery Practitioner – 1 year Worked within an Early Years setting supporting children’s development across the EYFS framework. Assisted with key-worker responsibilities, planning engaging activities, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting children’s social/emotional needs in a structured routine. Teaching Assistant – 1 year Supported learning within both mainstream and SEN settings. Assisted with phonics, literacy, small-group work, 1:1 support, behaviour regulation, and classroom routines. Adapted communication for different learning styles and worked closely with teachers to promote progress and confidence.
