Jenna’s professional experience

    I worked as a volunteer leader for a brownies group, which looks after girls from the ages of 7-10. This involved organising activities relevant to the skills that they wanted to achieve, ensuring good communication with parents, and making sure that everybody had fun!

    I am currently studying as a medical student, which involves a lot of patient contact with children of all ages, as well as their parents! Being able to communicate effectively with children, and keep them happy in a stressful environment such as a hospital has greatly increased my innovative ideas for play times and fun activities!
