Experienced Housekeeper & Airbnb Reset Specialist – London

Hello, my name is Nicole. I have 25 years’ experience in hotels, catering and professional housekeeping. I have worked in Superhost-standard accommodation and can carry out complete property resets for Airbnb, Booking.com and short-let stays. I also offer end-of-tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning, regular housekeeping, laundry, ironing, bed changing, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, organising and light errands. I am a mother of four, with my children now grown up and moving forward with their own lives. I am also studying towards a psychology degree, which reflects my interest in people, care, wellbeing and understanding individual needs. I pride myself on discretion, attention to detail and working to a high standard. In my housekeeping roles, I like to build trust, keep homes running smoothly and make sure the families I work with are happy and comfortable. I understand the importance of presentation, hygiene, reliability and having a property ready on time for guests, tenants or family life. I am available for regular housekeeping, short-term bookings and emergency last-minute cleans. Short-notice and urgent work can be arranged at a higher rate depending on the hours, duties and urgency. I have a clean ACRO police certificate and can provide references if required. My hourly rate is as follows I offer regular housekeeping at £18 per hour. Housekeeping with additional duties such as organisation, light errands, food preparation or ironing is charged at £15-18 per hour, depending on what is needed. Short-notice or emergency housekeeping support starts from £20 per hour, depending on the hours, duties and urgency.
