Trustworthy, Reliable and Kind Carer needed in SW10 9PB

I need to find someone trustworthy, pleasant, reliable and kind to assist my mother who is in her early 80s up to 3 times a week for an hour or two each time.
Need help going through papers and organizing them in files, also domestic cleaning.
I do everything and have a lot on my plate and it would be nice if someone could do a good clean once a week.
