Pet sitting in the Guildford area (Happy to commute further)
Hi, I’m Izzy.
I’m a university student at the University of Surrey.
While I’ve only recently started pet sitting professionally, I’ve lived with my Labradors (Layla and Pepper) for a combined 16 years and have plenty of experience spending time with the St Bernards, Miniature Schnauzers, and Mastiffs in my extended family. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life.
I’d like to share that I’m autistic, and dogs are my special interest. This means I’m incredibly passionate and deeply committed to their wellbeing. I take pride in being kind, attentive, and making sure every walk is a fun and enriching experience. I pick up on subtle changes in your pet’s mood, routines, and needs, and I’m always tuned in to their comfort.
Being neurodiverse helps me bring steadiness, routine, thoughtfulness, and genuine joy to caring for animals. Whether it’s a quiet cuddle or a playful adventure, I meet each pet exactly where they are — with patience, kindness, and lots of treats.
Unfortunately, because I am a University student, I won’t be able to look after your pets in my house. I’m happy to commute around Guildford and beyond to your homes. As you can probably tell by my ad, I adore dogs but I’m also happy to care for cats and other pets.
