All Creatures Great And Small & Other Living Things.

My name is Jeanette and I genuinely enjoy connecting with, and caring for all creatures great and small, although the vast majority of my experience is with dogs and cats, and with humans from 0-90! As a child, I was designated Chief Officer of catering, exercise and emotional support for our family dog, before I qualified as a children's Nanny, which often also encompassed care of family pets. In my early adulthood, cats enjoyed my hotelier services, but once I had my own child, I registered as a Childminder to toddlers within my own home as well as becoming a dog Mum once again. In more recent years I worked in the Re-enablement Care sector with elderly, frail and dying clients, and have therefore had little time to commit to caring for my own pets, other than the occasional visit from our little foster cockerpoo Mollie. I am now free to consider new companionship ventures with most creatures, animal or human, and will endeavour to discern and prioritise both practical and emotional needs, and to meet these needs with patience, kindness and a listening ear. I enjoy reading books aloud, intelligent conversation, fur baby babble, country walks, painting and also care for gardens.
