I am a compassionate, patient, and reliable carer with both personal and professional care experience. For several years, I cared for my elderly mother during illness, which gave me a deep understanding of dignity, empathy, and the importance of respectful, person-centred care. This experience taught me how to be attentive, gentle, and supportive while meeting both emotional and practical needs. I have also worked in care homes overseas, where I supported residents with daily living tasks such as personal care, feeding, mobility support, companionship, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. I am confident working with different individuals, understanding routines, and following care plans carefully. I am trustworthy, calm under pressure, and committed to improving the quality of life of those I care for. I always aim to provide support that helps people feel comfortable, valued, and respected in their own space. I understand that care is person centered, and how care has to be tailored to each individual. I am currently doing my masters at Teesside University, therefore I have a very flexible schedule and available at different times of the day.
