I’m a friendly, motivated and reliable student who genuinely enjoys helping others learn and grow in confidence. With GCSE grades of 9, 9, multiple 8s, a 7, 6 and a Distinction 2, I have a strong academic foundation, particularly in English, Maths and Science. These are subjects I not only perform well in, but also love explaining in a way that actually makes sense to students. My teaching style is patient, encouraging and adaptable. I understand that every student learns differently, so I break topics down into simple steps, use clear examples, and check understanding regularly. I aim to make lessons feel supportive rather than stressful, building both skills and confidence. Having recently studied these subjects myself, I also understand common mistakes students make and how to help them avoid exam pitfalls. I have experience supporting classmates with revision and homework, and I’ve developed strong communication and organisational skills through volunteering and helping to run charity events at school. These experiences have helped me become responsible, professional and comfortable working with a range of people skills that are just as useful in tutoring as they are in administration.
