Hello! My name's Sasikala. I have an extensive background in nursing and have completed my BSc Nursing. I am an experienced compassionate devoted Nurse providing high-level patient care to those needing assistance with daily living or nursing tasks while maintaining best practices for patient safety and dignity. i have 2 yers of ICU experience in india. I am pursuing M.sc Health Services Management looking for part-time opportunities helping elderly patients continue to live in their homes; ideally within the vicinity of Wallasey/Liverpool. Elders need help with: 1. Personal care (such as bathing, dressing, using the toilet). 2. Helping with mobility and transferring. 3. Reminding to take their medications and providing basic monitoring of health/personal care/ Drug administration 4. Assisting with daily activities, such as cooking and eating. 5. Companionship and emotional support. 6. Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect for the elder. 7. tracheostomy care , suctioning, oxygen administration, cardiac monitoring, RT feeding and PEG feeding My Personality & Approach: I am naturally calm, patient, kind, and empathetic. I genuinely enjoy listening to elderly people, understanding their life stories, and making them feel valued and respected. I would be, Friendly conversations and active listening, Light exercises or walking support, Music, Encouraging independence and confidence,Providing emotional reassurance and companionship . In addition to having the relevant qualifications and related experience as a Carer, I also have a heartfelt concern for others.
