Experienced Healthcare Assistant and Therapy Support Worker

My name is Chloe, I am 24 years old and work as a Rehabilitation Therapist within the NHS at Lewes Hospital. I am an experienced healthcare assistant with 3 years of care, as well as 1 year of experience in a therapy assistant role. I have always worked on rehabilitation wards, aiding people to gain independence for discharge back home, after following injury/medical conditions that require Rehab. I have enjoyed these roles as I took care of a family member from a young age, and it really made me want to take this on as a career, hence the role I am in now. I have experience in personal care, toileting, feeding, cooking, washing, as well as physiotherapy exercise programmed and social/physical interventions. I have all training up to date, mandatory and statutory. I also have resus training and basic life support, along with manual handling all renewed. I am DBS adult and child checked, clear of any criminal convictions. I can be flexible with work, especially weekends.
