Project Manager & prior nursery assistant looking to babysit

Hi, I'm Georgi - a 29 year old NHS Project Manager based in Pinner, who is also experienced and passionate about childcare. Prior to joining the NHS, I've worked as a Nursery Assistant, a Babysitter, a Peer, Mentor and a young person's trampolining coach, looking after children between the ages of 6 months to 13yrs. Working with children and young people is something I greatly miss, so am looking to spend some of my spare evenings and weekends babysitting so I can re-engage in this passion alongside my job. I am skilled in: - Planning and engaging children across a range of age groups in fun, developmental and age-appropriate activities, including those that align with Montessori and Early Years methods and support development of language, motor, & social skills. - Supporting with homework, mealtimes, nap time and bedtime routines - creating a structured and nurturing environment. - Sharing my passion and curiosity with young people (e.g. arts & crafts, writing, music). - I have a particular passion for developing an in-depth understanding of each child’s specific needs and adapting my approach accordingly. - I am also TEFL (teaching english as a foreign language) qualified (120 credits + Advanced Course: Teaching Young Learners). - I am first-aid trained and have an enhanced DBS check.
