Experienced Nanny/housekeeper available for eve/wkends

My name is Tracy, I am 47 years old. I have 3 years experience as a Nanny/ Housekeeper and 15 years experience as a cleaner. I am a parent of 2, now young adults, (19 + 25) both of whom have additional needs. I therefore have experience with additional and behavioural needs. Mainly ADHD. I also worked within a nursery setting for 5 years and have an NVQ in Childcare. I prefer to work with the under 5's as iI feel confident with this age range. I am available for eve and weekends as my full time job is a self employed cleaner. I can provide references if required.
