Paulène N. Marguarita is flexible and reliable. She helped Lemy (5yrs old) with his homework and during holidays plays card games and watch movies with him. She was very careful with my 7months old child, making sure to apply his cream to help with ezcema and was able to put him to bed and gave him his bath when necessary. She helped with washing dishes and took the initiative to buy some ice cream to my son when they went to the park. She has a very calm and caring nature. We had to let her go as she has to go to Uni but she will be missed!

She has been our after school nanny for more than a year now and she clearly has been fantastic and this even during lock down where she agreed to still come and help us. She is not just looking after the kids. She takes the time to teach them how to do things - like drawing but also dress by themselves, setting the table... but all of this through being gentle and fun. She is very sweet and nice but she manages to be firm too when needed. More than anything she respects the kids and loves them. In return, they respect her and love her.
