Nurturing Evening Babysitter, in the Birmingham area

I have intensive childcare experience across various settings, including nurseries, schools,homes and pupil referral units. My background includes working as a Nursery Nurse, a Family Support Worker, and in children’s centres and Nurseries. In my role as a family support worker, l offered support and guidance to parents in their homes,helping them navigate their childs development and behavior. I have planned engaging activities and tracked childrens progress in their learning journals, gaining valuable insight into each childs individual needs. Additionally, l completed a parent training course focused in understanding your child behavior, which has enabled me to better support families and provide tailored advice. Im very skilled at implementing routines and structured play that align with each child's developmental needs. My goal is to create a positive nurturing environment for children while working closely with parents to help manage their children behavior and support their child's growth.
