    Education Specialist: my duties now include coaching and mentoring 26 teachers and teacher assistance for preschool age children 3 to 5 years of age. I also write and review program policies and procedures and ensure that they are being followed in the classrooma on a day to day basis. I train teaching staff on developmentally appropriate practices as well as observation collection and data input in order for them to assess children in their classrooms.
