Fulltime Babysitter for 1 year old September 2023 Start

We are a family of 3, my baby boy is our only child and will be turning 1 in August 2023 InshaAllah. I am a Science teacher and will be returning to work in September 2023 part time from Mon- Thursday. My husband works from home and is an IT engineer. My requirements are someone who is honest, reliable and trustworthy to look after my baby to care for him, feed him and play with him/read to him. We are a Muslim British Bangladeshi family and would like someone who is both Muslim and can speak Bengali to look after our son. Right now he is very much attached to me as you would expect and I have never been away from him for more than an hour so it will be difficult for us both.
