I'm a fun hard working and well organised people person. I love to work with kids and I have experience with working with children in an indoor play center, babysitting and I have also helped to set up and run a kids club for a tour operator in the French Alps. I'm not shy of hard work and I am willing to work unsociable hours if needed.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Alpine Elements
I have just completed several months working full time as a Chalet Host in the French Alps. This involved cleaning and cooking for 12 people every day, ordering to a budget and constantly giving exceptional customer service.

Over the Summer of 2011 I worked as a Children's Activity Leader for the Company. This involved creating timetables, organizing activities, talking to large numbers of people selling kids club places, taking payments, looking after children, paperwork and cleaning.

During my time with Alpine Elements I have also Helped to work in their hotels and work on the bar.

Customer Assistant/ Training Buddy
I worked full time as a Training Buddy at Vue Cinemas. I worked for the company since it opened in March 2009 full time until May 2011. The job involved training CA's how to serve customers at the tills, sell tickets, food and drink. Train them on how to clean all areas of the cinema correctly and efficiently. Help them to advise customers and deal with their needs to make sure we delivered excellent customer service. Whilst doing this I carried out all these tasks myself.

Being a Training Buddy also meant being a contact for all members of staff, so they can come to me if they had any issues.
