My name is Amy, I'm 23 and I have autism and depression that can sometime cause me to struggle with some basic housekeeping like tidying, laundry, changing bedding, hoovering etc. When I lived in a different city, I had some assistance I could arrange as and when I needed it, they lived close by and would come over for an hour or so and we would do some basics together. I find it much less overwhelming with some help. Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in, happy to discuss further regarding duration and frequency.
