Housekeeper wanted to do chores/cleaning in Chorlton

I've recently become ill and my partner is also disabled so we're looking for help with looking after our house. Ideally twice weekly visits of one hour to do dishes, bins, cat litter, vacuuming and general cleaning/tidying.
