Practical help needed for 63 y.o. woman in London

I am recovering from recent surgery, so the position does not involve any personal care or cooking etc. Instead it involves providing practical assistance, such as helping me to sort and reorganise my apartment, and some cleaning as and when.
The commitment would be about 20 hours initially. Scheduling will be variable depending on my own work and family commitments.
I am however flexible for the right person.
