Position for a carer – Elderly care in London

Hello,
I'm looking for support for a friend.
She is looking for someone that could help her walk her dog and collect her medications.
In the near future, she would also need someone that could support her by accompanying her to medical appointments, and to activities such as sport or even just going to a café.
