Occasional carer for mother

I am looking for someone to occasionally look after my 81 year old mother. She currently lives at home and is mentally fine but has physical mobility issues and is under palliative care.
one weekend day per week she needs someone to sit with her for four or five hours whilst I run errands or go out. As her daughter I am her full-time carer so just need a few hours a week to go and do something else. There may also be occasions where I go out for an evening or have to go into the office but those don't happen very often and I just need someone to sit with my mother and make sure she's safe. Occasionally she may go to the bathroom and needs a support person with her.
