Rent free double room offered in exchange for light caring

Hello ,
I'm looking for someone or a couple who can offer some help to my elderly mother who broke her leg last year and as a result her mobility is reduced, she can get up and use a commode but she's scared of falling so she's still trying to overcome her fears of falling
She has two carers who come at 8am and do the hygiene routine and they come again at 1pm and again at 5pm
So they do offer her assistance but they don't stay with her all day long so we are looking for someone who can live in the same place as our mother ( a Large double room with high ceiling and free WiFi and smart tv and leather armchairs and a bed)
The bathroom is to be shared with my mother
There is a microwave oven in the double room and the kitchen can be used as well but when my mother goes to sleep at 6 or 7pm
The kitchen can not be used because the kitchen is located very close to my mother's bedroom.
If you are prepared to keep my mother in high spirit during the day only
Then you are the suitable person to share the flat with my mother
The caring part is very light work
My mother's caring needs are provided by two carers but during the day my mother needs to have someone who can heat her food or make her a cup of tea or occasionally change her diaper.
My mother speaks Farsi /Persian and English
But sadly due to her age
Sometimes she struggles to speak English as she used to .
