Childminder needed for school runs and after school

Are there any childminders that pick up from childs home in the morning and do the school runs? Never needed childcare before, so this is all a little alien to me!
7am pick up from either NN1 or NN4, school in NN3, then do school pick up and look after until approx 7pm
To cover 5 on, 3 off shifts, so weeks WILL vary!
