Looking for an OSFTED childminder in Hounslow

I am looking for a childminder to care for my energetic 5-year-old son who is autistic and preverbal. This position requires approximately 20 hours of work per week, including some overnight care, after school, and weekend support, as my work involves shifts. The pick-up point is conveniently located just 3 minutes from my home, and arrangements can be made for drop-off at the childminder's location, as long as it is not too far. It is essential that the caregiver is Ofsted registered and enjoys outdoor activities, such as taking my son to the park during the summer.
