Part time mothers help

I am looking for someone to help me with childcare and light housekeeping while I work from home. My girls are 10, 6 and 3. I'd want someone to play with them indoors, outdoors, some light homework and reading, light lunches and clearing up after them. Plus occasional babysitting while I go out. Driver is preferred but not essential.
