Looking for a helping hand in Manchester

We are family of 3. Me my husband and our 7 month old. My wrists are injured so really need someone who is hands on. We need a helping hand on following
:helping with babies needs (changing nappies/ entertainment/ keeping baby occupied)
-would come out with me and baby for socialising. Help carry baby, push pram etc
-house keeping duties -cleaning, maintaining household, cooking
-may need to do shopping as emergency (me and husband try to keep on top of this)
