Position for a babysitter – childcare in London

I am looking for a trustworthy and kind babysitter to provide occasional care for my 16-month-old son when he is sick and needs a day off from nursery, as well as for a couple of hours during weekends. Experience with children under 2 years is preferred. Fluency in English, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
