Looking for an after school nanny Mon-Friday London

Hi
We are a family of 5 with 3 boys (5,9 and 11) living in W6.
LOOKING EITHER SHORT TERM (SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER) OR LONG TERM

We are looking for someone to pick up the 2 younger ones from the local school (10 min walk) and take them to their after school activities. The older one comes home on his own a bit later.

Ideally would like someone 1-7pm every day so that they could do some cooking and laundry before picking up the boys. I would also be happy with a 3-7pm and could do 4 days a week.
Occasional babysitting and holidays coverage is a plus!
