Family of doctors 12-month-old Stratford flexible schedule

We are a family of two NHS paediatricians (children's doctors). We have a 12-month old boy and we live in East Village, Stratford, right next to Westfield shopping centre. We are looking for help with nannying and housework. Our work schedules allow at least one of us to be at home at all times so we are able to support the babysitter as much as needed.
