Afternoon Part-time nanny (25 hours) - NW3

ROLE:
- Children: two girls aged 12 & 7
- Employment type: Part time
- Hours:
*During term time: 25 hours a week = 1:30-6:30pm (5 days a week) – afterschool childcare + housekeeping duties beforehand (cooking, laundry and ironing for the family)
* Plus extra hours available during the holidays
- Duration: Long term role
- Residential: Live out
- Location: London NW3. Swiss Cottage tube station (Jubilee line) is a few minutes away
- Start date: July or September 2025 (flexible on starting date)

JOB SPEC:
- Care for the basic/practical and emotional needs of both children
- Pickup at school of the younger one
- Arranging play-dates/social schedules and holiday camps
- Teaching/homework assistance is a plus but not mandatory
- Household duties for the family (preparation of meal, laundry and ironing) but no cleaning duties (family employs a cleaner)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experienced nanny
- Holds valid DBS checks and references
- 1st aid trained is a plus

OTHER COMMENTS:
- Nanny's qualities/attributes - family is looking for a warm, caring and nurturing nanny, who is calm and patient, as well as very autonomous and well organized.
- Nanny (other) - non-smoking, additional babysitting (optional), no driving licence needed
- Children - no illnesses or allergies, no special or dietary needs, in a good routine
- Household - non-smoking, no pet
- Local area - family friendly area with many activities for children (all walking distance or accessible and close via public transport); school 10 mins walk from home
