Looking for a trustworthy BabySitter

We are an Italian family of 4, with two kids: Cecilia (3 years old) and Nicolo' (almost 4 months). We moved in January and we need help with a babysitter looking after Nicolò a couple of hours in the morning while I'm preparing and bringing Cecilia at school.
