With a younger sister myself and an abundance of younger cousins, I have had plenty of experience with young children, and young teens alike.
A bubbly, outgoing and friendly 18 year old, I feel that I connect with children, especially young boys (the majority of my family are boys!) and am able to engage them in activity, whether that be outdoor play, homework or even sitting down to watch a film.
My mother has worked in the care industry for many years, and I've helped out at her nursery many times from a young age. She is now a midwife so I have plenty of knowledge about looking after babies, too!
I am finishing college this academic year, with A Levels in Psychology, Law and English Language. I have 10 GCSEs at A*-B, and enjoy engaging young children in educational activities as well as having fun with them! I am off to university to study Psychology in September. Because of my enjoyment in academia, I am more than happy to help children with their homework or school work when needs be.
During term time I can work a maximum of two nights a week, but on a Wednesday I am available all day. In the Summer and Christmas holidays my available time will vary as I will be working two other jobs during this time. I ideally would love a term time job, two evenings a week. If you would require me to be more flexible, however, feel free to ask!
